Most residential streets in Watertown have sidewalks  — a great place to start walking!  It is recommended that every adult gets at least 30 minutes of exercise  which includes walking.  Try just going for a walk for fun or walking to a destination like the library or store.  Make sure to take your kids, spouse, friend, or neighbor out too!  And don’t forget to put some good walking shoes.
